Return

The self-service return process is fully automated, allowing you to independently return your order from your customer account.

1. Report your return.

To initiate a return, please open a support request and select the issue you are experiencing from the provided list.

2. Download your return label.

Once the request is submitted, you will receive a return label by email. Print this label and affix it to your package. Then, drop off the package at the nearest collection point for the logistics company indicated on the label.

The prepaid return label service is available for downloads in the following countries: BE, BG, HR, CZ, DK, FI, FR, SK, SE, UK, GR, HU, IE, LU, SI, CH, MC, NL, NO, PL, IT, DE, ES, PT, AT.

For countries where the prepaid return label is not yet available, please use the carrier of your choice and return the package to: EGOLEAP INTERNATIONAL, UNIT 05 16/F CCT TELECOM BUILDING, 11 WO SHING STREET SHATIN, NEW TERRITORIRS, HK.

3. We receive and process your package.

Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the contents. You will receive a confirmation email once this process is complete.

Once we receive your return package, we will typically process your refund within 48 business hours.

We will send you an email as soon as we initiate your refund.

Do not return your product until you receive email confirmation from us. Returning the product without confirmation could significantly delay or even prevent the processing of your request.

Be sure to get proof of deposit and parcel tracking from the carrier when you return the item. If you return the item without tracking and we do not receive the product, we will unfortunately be unable to issue a refund.
